Egg-citing time in the woods!

Gruffalo and Matilda class have been to Forest School today, along with a few of the year 4 children who came to Forest School for the first time. All of the children have enjoyed an Easter Egg hunt, searching for brightly covered chocolate eggs hidden in the woods.

When we had found all of the eggs they were kept safely in the basket whilst we had a go at making a nest. Most of us worked together in small groups to make big nests to hold 3 or 4 of our Easter eggs, however some of us decided to work alone to make small nests to hold just one egg.

A few of the boys however decided to go one step further, and worked together to make a nest big enough to climb in themselves!!
